Minutes 2/9

-Roll Call

-Minutes from 2/2

-Committee reports

-Jim Ed appreciation luncheon 2/21 at 1PM; attendance is mandatory, as there has been plenty of advanced notice, thus fines will be hefty

-Our philanthropy concert will be April 9; Clay Cumbie has agreed to play for free at RT's. Spread the word, we'll be selling tickets in the $5-10 range

-Pay out of house dues, or we will likely not have free drinks this weekend or a bus for the boxing tournament

-Officer reports

-Sign out of house contracts with Fortune if you have not already

-Reminder from last week: Give $35 to Devault by Feb. 27 if you want boxing tickets. Prices will be higher at the door.

-Old Business

-Fines will be enforced for missed meetings. Excuses must previously be okayed through Devault or Snake. Please see above comments.

-T-shirts - Halloween shirt money refunded, Brian Tippet shirt being proofed

-New Business

-PR Committee inception chaired by myself. First order of business - PHI PSI THURSDAYS - all brothers please wear Phi Psi shirts out on campus en masse

-Reminders on risk procedures for upcoming weekend - be careful

-Philanthropy - we will be participating in relay 4 life

-Brotherhood - there will be a halo tournament Saturday

-Social - Phi Mu said maybe later in the semester for mixer

-Pay dues; we are cutting a large check to HQ

-Sign in and out of house contracts with Fortune if you haven't already

-All committee budgets must be requested through the finance chair, Sasso, so do not take committee budget concerns to Wade

-Turn in Fall '08 CPO reports to Bryan

-New proposal on house cleaning

-In house meal plan discussion, possibly combining with other fraternities

-Possible bus for boxing tournament

-Possible donations for Boys and Girls Club field day

-SAE boxing tournament Mar. 5-7 ($35 for all three nights, or $15 for a single or at the door) Get money to Devault
